Job Summary
Cleans dishes and maintains cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas; handles warewashing, buses tables, stocks supplies, and supports overall guest service. Adheres to health and safety standards (ServSafe/health regulations), reports equipment issues, maintains cleanliness of dishes and utensils, and works in a high-volume, evening-focused environment. Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds, flexible evenings/weekends/holidays, and successful completion of a post-offer background check. Provides a positive guest experience and supports the venue’s safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Must have professional appearance with good personal hygiene
- Must be able to work with a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment
- Able to display and live out our Lead with Love principles strongly rooted in the company culture by being: patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, and dedicated
- Must have manual dexterity
- Able to comprehend instructions in English and retain information
- Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to tolerate approved detergents and chemicals necessary clean/sanitize equipment and environment
- Able to accommodate a large number of guests at one time, changes in work schedule and job assignments
- Able to lift 30 pounds with or without 2-person lift. 30+ pounds require a 2-person lift
- Must comply with all Health Department, ServSafe, and/or company regulations pertaining to safe food handling procedures and practices
- Successful completion of post-offer background check
- Ability to remain on feet for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend and stoop
- Physical strength, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable transportation as public bus service is not typically available at the conclusion of most evening events
