Job Summary
Manage a docket of cases to resolution through client preparation, attending depositions, and responding to inquiries requiring attorney negotiations. Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and invoice deposition activities while moving matters toward resolution. Respond to incoming emails and phone calls, providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed. Maintain positivity in the workplace by leading non-attorneys by example and participating in team events. Provide feedback to management to ensure the firm performs at its best for clients. This role requires candidates to be newly barred or recently passed the California State Bar, residing in California, with a preference for doctors' deposition experience.
