Job Summary
Conduct full lifecycle on-site support for Formlabs 3D printing systems, including installation, commissioning, calibration, and comprehensive user training. Perform rapid response repairs and preventative maintenance to achieve single-visit resolutions for critical electromechanical issues. Manage a high-volume travel schedule across North America, handling logistics and submitting expenses while documenting all activities in Salesforce. Requires 80%+ travel time, valid passport, and proximity to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Base pay ranges from $33.20 to $45.83 USD with full-time equity compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field
- You have hands-on repair experience
- You have a valid passport
- You are capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision while traveling 80+% of the time
- You are located in close proximity to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
- Travel 80% or more of the time
