Job Summary
Coach and model Wow customer service on the sales floor while overseeing daily work activity for team members across one or more departments. Provide direction to staff on department operations, loss prevention procedures, and merchandising standards to ensure the store remains operationally sound. Act as the Manager-on-Duty at satellite locations or in the absence of upper management, resolving customer issues and assigning work to manage multiple projects. Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments as needed. Perform routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Part-time availability required year-round with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs.
