Job Summary
Retail Signage Removal & Paint Technician responsible for removing interior, overhead, and directional signage, removing mounting hardware, patching/repairing surfaces, sanding and painting, and documenting work with before-and-after photos. Must operate ladders and scissor lifts when required, follow project instructions and safety requirements, and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company at client locations. Project-based, single-day assignments across Western New York, Long Island, and NYC Metro locations; early-morning schedules and independent work in active retail environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, merchandising, fixture installation or signage installation/removal preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Scissor lift experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
