Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day studio operations across five New York locations, ensuring event readiness, inventory management, and consistent brand standards. Lead team execution by guiding Event Facilitators and Supervisors through coaching, hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews while acting as the primary escalation point for guest, animal welfare, and operational concerns. Manage end-to-end logistics for public and private events, conduct regular walkthroughs to address gaps, and support in-studio revenue initiatives including retail, memberships, and upselling. Maintain accurate expense tracking and coordinate local marketing activations and community partnerships. This full-time, onsite role requires regular weekend work and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, events, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
- Experience managing teams and coordinating day-to-day operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working weekends and being present in-studio
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required
