New York City Head Event Supervisor

Head Supervisor for Puppy Sphere in New York City leading puppy-centric events. Responsible for day-to-day operations, staffing and supervision of event facilitators, yoga instructors, and supervisors; manage scheduling, on-site/off-site event execution, and guest experience; ensure animal welfare, safety, and compliance with policies; lead training, coaching, and development of team members; oversee incident documentation, emergency procedures, and escalation; coordinate with Operations Manager on planning, budgets, promotions, and partnerships; supervise weekly meetings, run-of-show creation, inventory management, and vendor coordination; maintain studio readiness, and uphold Puppy Sphere values during events.
