Job Summary

Associate Director in Protiviti's People & Change team leading HR transformation initiatives. You will drive HR operating model redesign, AI-forward HR processes, and technology enablement; architect workforce and service delivery strategies; build executive relationships with CHROs and senior stakeholders; translate diagnostic insights into clear transformation roadmaps; develop repeatable methodologies and assets; contribute to market expansion through client relationships, thought leadership, and agile delivery across global engagements. You will mentor teams, oversee project delivery, and help client organizations simplify and modernize HR processes while leveraging a broad HR tech stack (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow) to deliver measurable business value. You’ll operate in a hybrid workplace with in-person and client-site work across multiple US locations and occasional travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 9+ years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR leadership roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
