Job Summary
Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments while greeting customers to ensure a positive experience. Operate equipment and cash registers to maintain speed and accuracy, then keep the store fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products. Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and trash removal. Work during peak periods around semester starts and ends, with occasional weekends and flexible scheduling throughout the academic year. Seasonal Campus Retail Associate pay range $16.25/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- An outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.
- Positions may require confirmation of vaccination.
- The use of face masks throughout the day and while on campus may also be expected or required.
