Job Summary
Support all store operations and departments by acting as the Manager-on-Duty, providing direct oversight, and ensuring areas remain properly merchandised and operationally sound. Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with purchases of textbooks or merchandise while maintaining an appealing sales floor through tagging, shelving, and organizing. Assign work to team members, process sales transactions involving cash or financial aid, and utilize analytical skills to manage daily campus operations. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays at a pay range of $19.00 - $23.75/hour.

- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills

Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting as a manager or buyer
- Graduate of the Best Seller Program
- High school diploma/GED
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
