Build strong relationships with customers by assisting them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and conducting sales in accordance with dealership procedures to increase volume. Perform high-quality vehicle demonstrations and ensure all interactions remain positive while developing in-depth product knowledge of the current inventory. Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met. This role offers a commission-based pay structure with a generous car allowance or Lexus demonstrator option.
