Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom traffic and sales. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising of new vehicle stock. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly. Prepare and present sales performance reports to dealership management.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and forecast market trends
- Knowledge of CRM software and dealership management systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
