Job Summary
Cavalier Ford Lincoln seeks a Sales Manager with a proven track record in Automotive Sales Management. Responsibilities include developing sales forecasts and strategies, establishing quotas, hiring, training, and managing the sales team, and ensuring sales targets are met. Ideal candidates must possess strong people skills, be adept at customer service and closing deals, and have strong computer skills with experience in E-Leads CRM systems. A good grasp of Internet processes related to advertising effectiveness is required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven successful track record of Automotive Sales Management Experience
- Strong business acumen and sales aptitude
- Strong people skills
- Ability to combine customer service skills with strong closing ability
- Strong computer and Internet skills, including experience with CRM systems
- Ability to evaluate advertising effectiveness
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a background check
- Pass a license/motor vehicle record check
