Job Summary
The New/Used Car Sales Manager will oversee a team of salespeople and provide training and support to enhance team performance. Key responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, facilitating sales training, driving business operations, negotiating vehicle purchases, and analyzing business metrics. The ideal candidate will have a track record in automotive sales, confirmed leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high-energy, enthusiastic attitude.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
