New to Practice Registered Nurse (RN) - Southside Medical Center

Delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection, assessment, and evaluation of outcomes. Coordinates and directs patient teaching activities while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement plans of care. Administers medications safely in compliance with state practice and hospital policies, serving as the primary point of contact for care coordination across departments. Acts as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and integrating evidence-based practices into daily delivery. Requires a valid nursing license, associate or diploma in nursing, and basic life support certification.
