Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of operational excellence for the store, particularly in Hardlines and Softlines Sales. This leadership position involves supervising team members, driving store performance, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Candidates should possess management skills, strong business acumen, and experience with staff oversight, including hiring, training, and compliance with standards. They will also need to complete required training certifications and support staff productivity and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- At least three years of relevant work experience required
- Demonstrated success in leading departments of up to 40 people
- Completion of Firearms Sales Certification training required
- Completion of Power Industrial Truck Certification training required
- Successful completion of Academy Leadership University
