Job Summary
Lead and support a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets while driving departmental sales, KPIs, and conversion through strong floor leadership. Coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and on-the-job support, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and overall store presentation. Act as a role model with a positive attitude, support stock management including processing deliveries and click & dispatch orders, and assist the Store Management team with daily operations. Join the launch of a new Dandenong store at the end of September, with availability for late-night trade, weekends, and weekday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Assistant, Supervisor, or Team Leader (retail preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Confidence leading by example and supporting a small team
- Sales-driven mindset with an understanding of KPIs and performance targets
- Passion for streetwear, sports, or sneaker culture
- Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Open availability for late-night trade, weekends, and weekday shifts
