Job Summary
Drive whole-of-store performance by leading sales, managing stock control, and executing visual merchandising standards across the new Port Adelaide Plaza location. Coach and develop a high-performance team through hands-on mentoring while overseeing daily operations, wage control, and shrink prevention. Deliver weekly business feedback and ensure adherence to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment. This role requires autonomy to make in-store decisions that directly impact sales targets. With a Tuesday-to-Saturday roster and two consecutive days off, you will join a global footwear leader committed to shaping lifestyles and offering clear pathways to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor)
- Strong track record of driving sales and team performance
