Job Summary
Set up and prepare new store locations for opening by unloading, organizing, and stocking merchandise. Assemble fixtures, adjust shelving, and set signage while maintaining a clean sales floor and stockroom. Greet customers and operate the register once the store launches, then support ongoing merchandising and store maintenance. Communicate operational issues to leadership and complete additional duties as assigned. This role is critical for establishing a strong foundation for the Hannibal, MO location during its opening phase.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and Associates
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend and twist frequently
- Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly
- Ability to grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently
- Ability to squat, kneel, balance, and climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
