Job Summary
New Store Retail Associate supports the setup, preparation, and opening of a new Ollie’s store in Tallahassee, FL. Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, fixture setup, setting and maintaining signage and pricing, assisting customers, operating the register, and supporting ongoing store maintenance and operations. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle various physical tasks; requires effective communication and a positive, customer-focused attitude. This role is aligned to the store opening phase with potential opportunities for ongoing store roles based on performance.
