Job Summary
Oversee shift operations including opening and closing procedures, supervise team members, and ensure food quality standards are met while maintaining a clean restaurant environment. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with food preparation such as slicer operation. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Participate in all training programs covering company policies, procedures, and the 7 Principles of Success. Shifts run from 7am to 9pm with 4 or 8-hour rotations available. Full-time crew members earn $15-18 per hour plus tips, benefits, and an IRA match.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 Year QSR experience preferred
