Job Summary
Greet customers, guide them to fitting rooms, and sort returned clothing to ensure a smooth experience. Share details about upcoming events, gift cards, and the Nordstrom Rewards program while maintaining organized stockrooms. Complete inventory processes, check in merchandise, and accurately ticket items. Re-merchandise the sales floor to keep it runway ready throughout the day. Unload freight, unpack new arrivals, and deliver merchandise to selling departments. Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality standards while utilizing inventory management systems to process shipments. Maintain clean selling floors and assist with special events, markdowns, and fixture relocation. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (STOCK SUPPORT ROLE)
