New Store Manager

Promote store sales through effective techniques and maintain floor stock by instructing staff, managing inventory, and pricing products. Provide customer service, handle complaints, and report theft or suspected theft by customers or employees. Ensure sufficient staffing for store needs, prepare time schedules, and interview and hire personnel. Enforce store policies in verbal and written form and assign daily duties to supervise store operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED, prior supervisory experience preferred, and skills in oral/written communication, leadership, and stress management.
