Job Summary
Greet customers and deliver fast, accurate checkout experiences by operating point-of-sale systems for purchases, returns, and payments. Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments with precision while supporting daily cash office operations including till preparation, balancing, and deposits. Reconcile registers and maintain accurate financial records while adhering to company policies to protect assets and ensure compliance. Provide exceptional service by answering questions and resolving concerns, collaborating with leadership to support smooth daily operations in a clean, organized environment. This role opens in 2026 at a new store in Fishers, IN, offering full-time and part-time positions with weekly pay, PTO, tuition assistance, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Friendly, professional attitude and a desire to help others
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cash handling or retail experience preferred
