Job Summary
Receive donated goods and provide excellent customer service to donors. Sort items and deliver them to the merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards. Follow store policies and procedures while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers. Create a high level of customer service throughout the store to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals. This part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) supports Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota's mission of creating career possibilities for job seekers.

Desired Qualifications
