Job Summary
Engage team members to provide outstanding service and assign daily priorities to ensure tasks are completed accurately. Mentor staff to exceed sales goals while monitoring product freshness, rotation, and compliance with food safety standards. Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and product displays, and operate registers and powered equipment as needed. Foster open communication between team members and leadership to improve operations and support local community events. Partner with leadership on scheduling and engagement planning. This role opens in 2026 at a new Meijer store in Fishers, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
- Retail, bakery, or food service experience
