Job Summary
Lead bakery shift operations by engaging team members for outstanding customer service, communicating daily priorities, and assigning work to ensure tasks complete accurately. Mentor staff to exceed sales goals, train new hires, and cross-train talent while monitoring product freshness and rotation. Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and displays; operate registers, handle cash transactions, and run powered equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and lead community engagement efforts. Partner with leadership on scheduling and operational planning to improve sales and profitability.
