Job Summary
Provide coordinated nursing care for patients in Med Surg Tele with OBS; supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel; coordinate plan of care with the client, their family, and the interdisciplinary team; ensure compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards; perform patient observation and lifts as needed; requires CA RN license and BLS; Bachelor's degree preferred; Escondido, CA — full-time position with Palomar Health.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure
- Minimum Experience: 1 year of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
- Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider
- Required License: Current CA RN License
