Job Summary
Proactively contact prospective small business owners via outbound calls, emails, and texts to build rapport and identify financing opportunities. Present commercial lending solutions, overcome objections, and guide merchants through the sales process to close funding. Manage an active pipeline by documenting activity in CRM systems, obtaining underwriting documentation, and partnering with internal teams to facilitate timely funding decisions. Consistently achieve funding, activity, and production goals while maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing coaching. This role supports ECG's mission to help small businesses access capital for growth within a competitive, performance-driven sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Merchant Cash Advance experience
- Proven ability to achieve production goals and performance metrics
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
- In-office role based in either Sioux Falls, SD or Sandy, UT
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs
