Job Summary
Lead full recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to onboarding while partnering with operational leaders to meet workforce requirements. Manage recruitment pipelines across multiple vacancies and locations, creating and optimizing SEEK advertisements. Assess candidate suitability and conduct employment offers based on operational needs, maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation. This role combines hands-on delivery with workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives. You will report to the Chief of Service Delivery & Operations, working alongside senior leaders to drive talent growth within a supportive, values-driven team focused on innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in high-volume environments
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability
- Experience building recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines
- Disability, community services, healthcare, or similar recruitment experience
- Experience using Employment Hero ATS, or similar systems
