Job Summary
Entry-level position for friendly individuals with customer service experience to work as Budtender at JARS Cannabis. Responsibilities include assisting customers with cannabis products and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Open availability
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily
- Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to learn about cannabis trends and products
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge
- Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs
- Personal smartphone required (iPhone IOS 14 or later and Android OS 4.4 or later)

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass a standard background check
- Undergo a fingerprint background check
