Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed to join Frontline Personnel for long-term care rehab in a Skilled Nursing Facility, providing therapeutic evaluations, interventions, and procedures to maximize patient independence. Responsibilities include applying skilled observation, performing standardized or non-standardized tests, interpreting results to identify needs, and delivering PT services to elderly patients with physical injury, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, or developmental conditions. Benefits include hourly pay range of $49-$57, daily pay, generous PTO, 401K, health/dental/vision coverage, and flexible full-time scheduling. Must hold a current state PT license; new grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- A Current Physical Therapist (PT) license by the State is REQUIRED.
- Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.
