Job Summary
Meet customers in the Ballarat showroom and on-site to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions for sheds, garages, and rural buildings. Prepare professional proposals and fixed-price quotations, then follow up on qualified enquiries to guide clients through the design and planning process. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to sale completion while working closely with administration, estimating, and construction teams. This full-time role in Victoria includes a competitive salary package with a company vehicle, phone, and laptop, supported by comprehensive training and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- Has previous sales or customer service experience
- Is an excellent communicator and active listener
- Is organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
- Computer Literacy – A competent understanding of Emailing, Office Suite and other general computer skills
- Holds a current Victorian driver's licence
- Is motivated, reliable and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity and professionalism

- Experience within the building, construction or steel industry
