Job Summary
Sr. Program Manager in Sheboygan, WI responsible for launching all new programs, engineering and process changes, coordinating projects across functional departments and with customers, overseeing all programs within the structural engineering group, developing tooling and capital budgets, leading APQP and NPDS processes, reviewing quotes and supplier capabilities, defining program budgets, mentoring personnel, and deploying company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 7-10 years' of relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Must have a working knowledge of finance
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of HPDC casting or steel stamping process strongly preferred
