Job Summary
New Products Manufacturing Engineer (NPME) role focusing on leading development, implementation, and release of BOMs and product structures for complex products; drives new product manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies; provides recommendations to improve commercialization; develops and validates Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for new products; leverages 3D solid model virtual analysis (Master Layout, DMU) to enhance manufacturability; participates in design reviews with DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO and operational efficiency feedback to drive cost, quality, and cycle-time goals; leads Change Control Board (CCB) activities, processes NSRs/ECOs/SPSs/ESWs, and Long Term Corrective Action (LTCA) resolution; conducts RCCA to identify systemic issues; champions business processes and software solutions; oversees managed build for programs/projects and provides technical support to manufacturing resources and suppliers for new product introductions; may perform other duties; role requires standing, walking, working in tight spaces, PPE in clean rooms, and potential 25% travel; relocation eligible.
