New Products Lab Developer-Temporary

Execute the innovation process by designing and producing prototypes for new product development while leading process improvement efforts. Support project managers with new product initiatives and manage sample production and benchtop samples in a fast-paced environment. Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve processes using basic lab instrumentation, maintain sample and ingredient inventories, and manage incoming documentation. Promote safe working practices and coordinate day-to-day responsibilities among team members to support the lab's long-term growth and sustainability. Gain exposure to senior leaders through formal project presentations.
