Job Summary
Drive sales and provide outstanding service by effectively matching members with AAA's comprehensive product offerings. Actively approach incoming customers, identify suitable product needs, and serve as the branch's Subject Matter Expert for new product and bundle offerings. Promote cross-sales referrals, branch promotions, and value propositions while consistently following up on leads and unsold quotes via phone and email. Make outbound calls for lead generation, work with team members to generate referrals, and overcome barriers to branch efforts. Identify process improvement opportunities and act as an agent for change while promoting AAA's core values. This full-time, onsite role at the Oroville branch requires Saturday availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Current & valid drivers license with a clean driving history
- Ability to accept feedback and correct course as necessary
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in both reading and basic arithmetic
- Good written and verbal communication skills in person and over the phone

- Saturday availability is needed
- Full-time, onsite position @ our Oroville branch
- Natural closer who thrives in a sales driven environment
- Proven experience in inside or outside sales
- Ability to upsell and close
- Lead generation and proactive prospecting
- Strong cold calling and follow-up skills
- Confident in negotiating and building Member and customer value
- Demonstrates sales and service skills
- Able to effectively interact, face-to-face, with new, prospective and existing Members
- Ability to multitask in response to requests, requirements and Member/Team Member expectations
- Genuine passion for the sales discipline and for helping clients succeed
