Job Summary
New Product Planning Team Lead – Immunology defines the key drivers of success for future assets and leads resolution of critical commercial questions. Shapes asset maximization strategies including indication selection and sequencing, translates cross-stakeholder insights into indication strategy and business cases, identifies evidence needs to strengthen development readiness, and leads a team of NPP leads to build capability and a high-performing culture. The role requires an advanced degree and 10+ years of global experience in early commercial strategy, strong biology/mechanism understanding, scenario planning, and exceptional stakeholder management in a hybrid-work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field
- 10+ years global experience in evaluating early pipeline assets and shaping early commercial strategy
- Experience in New Product Planning or related strategic roles
- Ability to understand biology and mechanisms of action and connect to patient value creation
- Ability to shape strategy using insights, scenario planning, and long-term value focus
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear and confident communication tailored to senior decision-makers
- Proven people leadership with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
