Job Summary
As a New Product Manufacturing Engineer II, you will develop and implement product BOMs and Operation Method Sheets for moderately complex assemblies under supervision. Collaborate with senior team members to execute manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to enhance cost, quality, and efficiency. You will also handle change control processes, lead the Managed Build process, and provide technical support and training to manufacturing resources. This role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with product BOMs for complex assemblies.
- Ability to develop and validate Operation Method Sheets.
- Knowledge in 3D solid model analysis including Master Layout and Digital Mock Up.
- Experience in managing change control processes like NSRs and ECOs.
- Skills in root cause analysis and documenting product-related issues.
