NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION (NPI) MANAGER

Job Summary
Manage the quoting process across the Marmon Medical Manufacturing Platform and coordinate the NPI process from customer request to product launch. Lead the engineering team in transferring new medical device products from development into commercial manufacturing while serving as a liaison between Business Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers. Develop and maintain a formal prototype process utilizing nonproduction equipment, ensure personnel are trained with aligned goals, and champion Health, Safety and Environment standards. Support monthly management report analysis, budget setting, and strategic planning to ensure launches are on time, within budget, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10-15 years' experience in medical device contract manufacturing, product development and production launch
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820
- Supervisory experience leading teams
- Ability to use SolidWorks
- Ability to navigate ERP software
- Ability to utilize workflows such as Smartsheet and SharePoint
