Job Summary
Graduate Engineer programme at Dyson focusing on New Product Development. Responsibilities include supporting the design, development, testing, and validation of products and technologies; applying engineering fundamentals to solve complex technical problems; prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis to evaluate design performance; collaborating with cross-functional teams across design, development, manufacturing, and testing; documenting work through reports, test results, and design reviews. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines and a hands-on, curious mindset with strong teamwork, communication, and a passion for technology and product development. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Software, Materials, Industrial, Systems)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Passion for technology, innovation, and product development
