Job Summary
Support the Firm's New Product Approval process for the EMEA region by performing quality assurance reviews throughout the NPA lifecycle to ensure risks are managed and proposals align with strategic objectives. Track QA findings, issues, and action items to ensure timely escalation and resolution, while producing management information and metrics for senior leadership and governance forums. Contribute to GenAI initiatives by defining business requirements, designing and testing AI prompts, performing UAT, and partnering with technology teams to implement enhancements. Participate in internal audit reviews, regulatory examinations, and remediation activities, alongside ad hoc projects supporting departmental objectives. Work Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM India time with flexibility for time-sensitive matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- at least 2+ years of experience in an analytical role within the financial services industry
- Coverage Monday to Friday from 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters (including India Public Holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- Good understanding of and familiarity with financial services industry
- Basic knowledge of products/services related to sales and trading, investment banking, investment management and wealth management
- Experience with or knowledge of AI related tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- knowledge of MS Access and VBA/Macros
- Comfortable working in a Windows/365 environment and able to quickly learn proprietary applications and platforms such as JIRA and Cognos
- Exposure to GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and their practical application in business processes, testing, or workflow optimization
