Job Summary
Pool Attendant role focused on customer service, facility monitoring, and light cleaning to ensure a positive pool experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities include verifying memberships, enforcing pool policies, greeting residents professionally, monitoring cleanliness and safety, opening/closing the facility, testing pool chemicals (training provided), removing debris, and straightening furniture and umbrellas. Ideal candidates have strong customer service or hospitality experience, a dependable attitude, and the ability to communicate policies confidently. Seasonal summer scheduling with evenings/weekends availability; paid training and performance bonuses offered. Starting pay is $15.50/hour with overtime and holiday pay.
