New Patient Specialist

Schedule new patient appointments across multiple locations and specialties while ensuring exemplary customer service from first contact. Manage a high volume of phone calls, faxes, and electronic communications, then obtain and enter accurate patient demographics, insurance information, and required documents into the EMR system. Coordinate with referral sources, team members, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth patient intake.
