Job Summary
Conduct prospective customer consultations via phone to generate new patient appointments and close business using an empathetic, soft-sell approach. Coordinate with offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transitions for referred customers, particularly regarding unusual conditions. Maintain the customer database by accurately tracking program information, documenting conversations, and noting unusual circumstances. Prepare reports on inside sales metrics to recommend process improvements to leadership. Follow up with all prospective customers to drive engagement. This role supports the national network of physician-led fertility practices by connecting patients with care while tracking sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Biology, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Five years customer service experience
- at least two-three years inside sales experience
- Competency in active listening and relationship building
- ability to communicate with empathy
- Ability to build deep personal connections with callers who may be very emotional about the challenges they face in their effort to build a family
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
- Ability to function in a self directed manner

- reside and are authorized to work in New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Florida, and Pennsylvania
- Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- one Sunday every 5 weeks on a rotating schedule for up to 4 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare services/fertility is a plus
- Bilingual would be plus
