Job Summary
Conduct prospective customer consultations over the phone to generate new patient appointments and close new business. Respond to inquiries with an empathetic approach, explaining features and benefits to convert prospects into satisfied customers. Coordinate with offices and supervisors to ensure seamless transitions for referred patients, particularly in unusual conditions. Prepare and report on inside sales metrics to recommend process improvements. Maintain the customer database by tracking program information, documenting conversations, and noting unusual circumstances. Follow up with all prospective customers to ensure complete and accurate information is available to the department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Biology, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Five years customer service experience
- at least two-three years inside sales experience
- Competency in active listening and relationship building
- ability to communicate with empathy
- Ability to build deep personal connections with callers who may be very emotional about the challenges they face in their effort to build a family
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
- Ability to function in a self directed manner

- reside and are authorized to work in New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Florida, and Pennsylvania
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Working knowledge of healthcare services/fertility
