New Patient Coordinator

Job Summary
Communicate with new patients, attorneys, and medical providers, including chiropractors and urgent care offices, to coordinate new patient intake and ensure accurate information collection. Respond promptly to internal teams and external partners while maintaining clear, professional communication across phone, email, and messaging platforms. Support patient scheduling and follow-ups, handling all interactions with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. This onsite role in Mexico requires a bilingual candidate with at least one year of healthcare experience to manage multiple conversations efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (patient coordination, intake, or similar role)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Experience coordinating patient intake processes and collecting accurate information
- Ability to manage communications effectively across multiple channels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering an excellent patient experience
- Location: Mexico - Chihuahua | Mexico - Merida
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
