Job Summary
Greeting new patients and welcoming them to the practice; taking records (pictures and x-rays) to set a treatment plan; taking clear x-rays, photos, and scans for retainers; assisting in sterilizing equipment; maintaining a clean environment; coordinating with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance via a warm hand-off; assisting in meeting/exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals; discussing payment options and providing general information regarding insurance coverage related to orthodontics; traveling to other clinics and performing all duties including administrative tasks; participating in Marketing Events; additional tasks as assigned. Requires High School Diploma/GED, ability to work independently and in a team, computer skills, ability to travel to other locations, and a minimum of 6 months chairside experience; travel to Hales Corners and Madison; full-time hours with compensation around $17/hour plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
