Job Summary
Greet new patients, welcome them to the practice, and take records including clear x-rays, photos, and accurate scans for retainers to assist in setting treatment plans. Take clear x-rays and photos, maintain a clean working environment in the picture and X-ray area, and assist in sterilizing equipment. Work with the Treatment Coordinator to orchestrate a warm hand-off for case acceptance, cover payment options, and provide general insurance coverage information. Assist in meeting monthly and annual clinic goals, participate in marketing events, and perform administrative tasks when traveling to other locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- New Patient Coordinators should have the ability to work independently, and in a team setting
- Computer skills
- New Patient Coordinators should have the ability to travel & transport self to other practice locations
- Minimum 6 months Chairside experience
- Travel availability to Mount Pleasant and Menomonee Falls
