Job Summary
Coordinate new patient flow and surgical scheduling across in-office and outpatient settings; manage pre-op testing, insurance verification, and documentation in EMR; act as liaison between physicians, clinical staff, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and administration while ensuring confidentiality and efficient scheduling of procedures.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of full-time clerical health care experience is required
- Prior patient scheduling experience required
- EMR experience required- Medent preferred
- Customer service experience in an office, preferably with patients
